Intrastaff processes payroll weekly with a Friday pay date. Time sheets are collected from drop boxes promptly at 8:30 a.m. every Monday by an Intrastaff representative. There are three drop boxes in The Johns Hopkins Hospital:
- Hospital main level Broadway Corridor (next to Marburg Conf. Room)
- JHOPC 1st floor (behind staff elevators, across from the Coffee Bar)
- Weinberg Building, 2nd floor staff elevators vestibule
Time sheets are also accepted in the Intrastaff Office at GSS until 8:30 a.m. on Mondays. Employees who work off of the JHH campus may fax their time sheet by 8:30 a.m. on Mondays and must call the Intrastaff Office for confirmation prior to the submission deadline.
Intrastaff offers employees the option of receiving their pay by one of two choices: 1) pick up their pay check at the Intrastaff Office located in Green Spring Station (employee must show Intrastaff photo ID badge and/or other photo identification), or 2) direct deposit (in order to receive direct deposit, employees must complete the appropriate authorization form and allow for 3 weeks processing time).
Intrastaff employees working more than 40 hours per week will be compensated at 1 ½ times the hourly wage for the hours that are greater than 40 if non-exempt.
