2010 Open Enrollment Information

• Dates of Open Enrollment are Monday, October 26, 2009 through Friday, November 13, 2009.  For your complete open enrollment packet which includes the newsletter containing changes to the plans, EHP Medical and Vision Plans, United Concordia Dental Plans, Lincoln 401K Retirement Plan, Unum Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Insurance Plans, please click HERE.  Please read all the information carefully as you will see there are changes to premium rates as well as coverage changes.
