Travel Letter Requests

The Office of International Student, Faculty, and Staff Services is happy to provide travel letters as a courtesy for our H1B1 and O1 visa holders. Travel letter request must be submitted no less than 10 business days in advance of your anticipated departure date. The Travel Letter Request Form must be mailed to H1B-Employment@jhmi.edu. Forms will not be accepted in person, by fax or by e-mailing an OIS advisor directly. You must include ALL information requested on the travel letter request form or we cannot prepare your travel documents.
