Helpful Information

All incoming staff members will be issued H1B1 visa status.* There are certain employment requirements that must be met before the OIS will file the application. The position must require a mininum of a Bachelor's degree to qualify for H1B1 status. Applying for the H1B1 can be a lengthy process, the OIS requests 3-6 months notice for all H1B1 applications.
