Helpful Information

All eligible incoming international staff members will be sponsored for H-1B status.* There are certain employment requirements that must be met before the OIS will file the application. The position must require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree to qualify for H-1B status. Applying for H-1B status can be a lengthy process, the OIS requests 6 months notice for all H-1B applications.
