Helpful Information

All incoming staff members will be issued H1B1 visa status.* There are certain employment requirements that must be met before the OIS will file the application. The position must require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree to qualify for H1B1 status. Applying for the H-1B can be a lengthy process, the OIS requests 6 months notice for all H-1B applications.
