The H1B Process

The OIS has designed a new H-1B packet to meet Department of Labor and U.S. CIS requirements. Please understand considerable time, effort and expense was dedicated to revising the H-1B process. The OIS cannot accept incomplete forms or proceed with H-1B cases if the sponsoring Department fails to provide required information in the manner and order requested.

Any Department that wishes to sponsor a non-immigrant for H-1B status should click on the Sponsoring Department link below.

Individuals who have been offered employment requiring H-1B should click on the H-1B Applicant link. Individuals presently at JHU, JHH, JHHS or KKI under H-1B sponsorship who require an extension or amendment of their status should also refer to the H-1B Applicant information.
