Florence C. Damiba

Florence C. Damiba is the Associate Director for the Office of International Student, Faculty & Staff Services.

Florence holds a Master of Law and a post-graduate degree in Public Administration from the University of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, her native country. Prior to her current position, she worked as an administrative assistant with the General Counsel and Legal Department of the African Development Bank in Abidjan, Cote D'Ivore (Ivory Coast). She also held various administrative positions with the Government of Burkina Faso. Previously, Florence staffed the OIS front desk as the OIS Administrative Coordinator.

Florence has lived in various West African countries and traveled to France, Belgium and Italy. In addition to English, she fluently speaks French, Bambara and Moore. Outside of OIS, Florence enjoys reading, aerobics, sightseeing, and spending time with her family.
