Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive a packet outlining your appointment details and the estimated cost of your scheduled services. To help us tailor your medical visit to your individual needs, we will ask you to complete an authorization form before you arrive.
During your stay, specially trained financial counselors are there to help you, answer any questions you may have regarding the financial process and keep you informed of any updates regarding your account. He or she will also review your account with you before you return home.
