Leaders in the Health Industry Come Together to Exchange Ideas, Knowledge and Good Practices

In a collaborative effort to bring together health care leaders from industrialized and emerging market countries to exchange ideas, experiences, and best practices, Johns Hopkins Medicine International (JHI) and The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, will co-sponsor a private-sector health care conference, “Making Global Connections: Leading Change in Emerging Health Markets”, March 19-20, 2013 in Istanbul, Turkey.

JHI is proud to co-sponsor this conference, which will offer a stimulating environment to forge collaborative relationships and the chance to network with health care professionals in emerging market countries.

Conference speakers, including JHI CEO Steven J. Thompson, will focus on key trends and issues facing the private health care industry, including the globalization of health services, public purchasing of private services, trends in financial markets, accessing fragmented markets, and innovation and technology for the future.
