Vinhloc Nguyen, M.B.A., M.S.

Vinhloc Nguyen is a seasoned and certified treasury professional and project manager who has created business and technology solutions in a number of industries and markets, as well as amassing experience in corporate strategic planning. Most recently, Vinhloc served as director of treasury, financial analysis and risk management at Learning Tree International, overseeing the worldwide corporate financial functions for the $180 million, middle-market, publically traded company.
His many achievements at Learning Tree International include managing more than $100 million in cash and short-term investments across six countries, designing finance policies to enhance internal visibility and control, transforming a reporting-only function into a strategic partnership with operating units and the executive team, designing financial forecasting models to strengthen visibility to key profitability drivers, formulating worldwide risk management strategies, and managing special financial projects to improve business performance.
Prior to that, Vinhloc served as a project manager at Accenture, with clients including the United States Department of Treasury, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and Sallie Mae.
Vinh holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s degree in management information technologies from The University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, as well as a master’s of business administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
