Sinan Sanvar, M.H.A.
Sinan Sanvar leads Johns Hopkins Medicine International’s (JHI) projects and business development initiatives in the Middle East and North Africa. He has more than 15 years of healthcare experience having worked in various leadership positions. In his current role, he contributes to the global growth of JHI by leading large client relationships and programs in the Middle East along with cultivating and managing business development opportunities.
Prior to assuming his current position, Sinan served as the Chief Operating Officer of a Johns Hopkins managed facility in Abu Dhabi where he was responsible for day to day management with lead responsibilities in hospital expansion, capital project management, strategic planning and program development. He has also served as the Director of Operations at Johns Hopkins Singapore International Medical Center; a Johns Hopkins owned and managed venture in Singapore, where he was responsible for management and oversight of the oncology center.
Prior to joining JHI, Sinan was in charge of the financial management function at the Cleveland Clinic Global Services in Cleveland, Ohio.
Sinan earned a Bachelor’s in Economics from the Bilkent University in Turkey and a Masters in Health Administration from the Medical College of Virginia.
