Rhonice M.A. Burnett, M.B.A.
Rhonice Burnett, a strategic planning expert who has served Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) for more than 16 years brings with her a wealth of experience in strategic planning, business and market analysis, product development and process improvement. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins Medicine International (JHI), Ms. Burnett was the Director of Strategic Planning for JHM and managed large-scale, system-wide projects such as the development of the annual JHM operating plan, ten-year plan volume projections and business and market analyses for both JHM entities and key clinical areas.
Ms. Burnett coordinates all JHI strategic planning activities, including the development and reporting of mission objectives and serves as the point person for communications and metrics reporting to the JHI Board. For the JHI affiliates around the world, Ms. Burnett provides consulting services in the areas of planning, graphic facilitation and organizational development and leads the program development for the annual Partners Forum.
Her diverse educational background includes a master’s of business administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering/computer science from Princeton University. Ms. Burnett has travelled to more than 30 countries. She is the Immediate Past Chair for the Association of American Medical Colleges’ Group on Institutional Planning and sits on the Board of the Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union.
