Jangar McGill, M.H.S.A.
Director, International Patient Services
Ms. Jangar McGill has 12 years of experience in various roles in ambulatory care operations, managed care contracting, project management and strategic planning. She has been director of international patient services since 2007 and is responsible for operational oversight of the department.
Ms. McGill joined JHI in 2006 as an assistant director with the projects division. Prior to joining JHI, Ms. McGill was an ambulatory services manager with the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. In this capacity, she provided oversight for the daily clinical and administrative operations, managed staff and implemented policies and procedures consistent with departmental standards. In addition, Ms. McGill has also worked as a contracts manager at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of New York and a project manager at Unity Health Care, a community health care system in Washington, D.C.
Ms. McGill holds a bachelor’s in psychology and sociology and a master’s in health services administration from The George Washington University.
