David Abreu, M.B.A.

Director, Global Services

David Abreu is the director, Global Services for Brazil, Canada and the Caribbean region. Before JHI, David had a 16-year career with Johnson and Johnson in the customer technical support area under the Medical Devices and Diagnostics division. First, leading the teams in Mexico (1995) and Latin America (2000); then in 2005, he migrated to the U.S. where he lead an organization of six managers and 75+ field engineers that met budget, productivity and customer satisfaction goals.

In 2010, he was appointed core team lead for a worldwide project that enhanced equipment reliability and the customer experience.

David holds a B.S. in biomedical engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and a M.B.A. from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, both in Mexico City; he is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
