Traveling for Care?
Whether you're crossing the country or the globe, we make it easy to access world-class care at Johns Hopkins.
Cynthia Vice is a Maryland State Licensed Massage Therapist. She is nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
As a massage therapist, Cynthia’s approach is gentle and compassionate as she works to create a sense of internal calm. Nurturing through touch creates an environment of trust in which physical and energetic blocks can be released to promote health and wellbeing. Cynthia adjusts the depth of her work to the needs of the client and may incorporate visualization to broaden the effects of the session. Working with clients to address pain syndromes, she encourages clients to continue with self-care and broaden their body awareness between sessions.
Cynthia also has 15 years experience working in the mental health field as a cultural competency advocate. She has participated in the Maryland State Mental Hygiene Administration’s Cultural Competency trainings, as well as legislative and policy work.
Cynthia specializes in Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques.
