Human Subjects Research Compliance Initial and Recertification Training is required for all principal investigators (who conduct research on human participants) all study team members, the IRB Chairs, Co-Chairs, IRB members, the OHSR leadership team and OHSR staff.

Effective March 1, 2016, PIs are required to recertify in human subjects research training every three years.

Effective January 1, 2016, study team members, IRB Chairs, Co-Chairs, IRB members, the OHSR leadership team and OHSR staff will be required to recertify in human subjects research every three years. For those IRB Chairs, Co-Chairs and IRB members who are also principal investigators, the principal investigator recertification requirement will supersede any additional IRB recertification requirement.
