Educational Scholarship Resources

IMAP and Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation Training Grant

The Institute on Medicine as a Profession (IMAP) and the Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation have announced the continuation of the Education and Training to Professionalism Initiative. IMAP and the Macy Foundation will give five awards to support faculty-directed educational programs that address one or several of the critical components of medical professionalism. Grants will be provided for a two year period at $25,000 per year, beginning in July 2013.

The Berkheimer Faculty Education Scholar Award Program

The IEE is very pleased to announce the new Berkheimer Faculty Education Scholar Award program! The scholar(s) with the winning proposal will be given time and funding to participate in teaching development programs and develop and complete an educational research project, coupled with formal mentoring.

The customizable portal for all faculty and staff. Easy access to announcements, support, email, entertainment, JHED ID account information, and so much more. Every user will have access to different tabs depending on their department.

SOM Faculty Resources Tab
This tab of the JHED portal gives faculty easy access to multiple resources such as announcements, development courses, development resources, organizations, policies, teaching skills development, Oasis, Blackboard, etc.
