The Educational Credit Activity Recording System (ECars)

The Educational Credit activity recording system (ECars), is a web-based system designed to be a quick and easy way for a faculty member to enter his or her educational activities

Faculty may enter data at any convenient time after the activity is completed.

For a School of Medicine (SOM) course, data entry is available only if the course is officially registered with the registrar’s office. Resident, fellowship and graduate programs are entered at the beginning of the Academic Year.

Please remember, we are still in the pilot phase.  Over time, and with your valued input, we expect to refine and improve the system.
