Grants for Educational Scholarship: Accepting applications for the IEE Faculty Education Scholar Program - Berkheimer and International Grants

  • Call for Applications: September 1st, 2014
  • Deadline for Phase I Two-page Proposal: October 17th, 2014, by 5pm
  • Phase I Finalists Invited to Submit Phase II Formal Application: December 5th, 2014

The IEE Education Conference and Celebration is co-sponsored by the Institute for Excellence in Education (IEE) and the Office of the Vice Dean for Education of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in collaboration with the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and the Johns Hopkins University School of Education. The conference is intended to bring together educators to share ideas, educational research, innovations, and instructional methodologies; to learn from each other and guests, promote a community of educators, and celebrate our great teachers and educators.

 

Recipients of the IEE Education Awards for Outstanding Achievement and the Faculty Education Scholar - Berkheimer and International Grants will be Announced

The IEE Summer Teaching Camp is sponsored by the Institute for Excellence in Education (IEE) in conjunction with the Office of the Vice Dean for Education, the Master of Education in the Health Professions, JHUSOM Office of Faculty Development, and the Johns Hopkins Faculty Development Program in Teaching Skills at the Bayview Medical Center. Teaching camp is intended to bring together educators to share ideas, refine techniques and learn new methods, whether one teaches in a classroom, a clinical setting, or a lab.  Sessions will be experiential and provide the learner with tools which can be utilized to become even better teachers.

We welcome participation from educators from around the world!
