Transforming Care Delivery

The Center for Innovation was created in 2002 to devise new models of health care delivery that improve patient safety, quality and efficiency. The center's experts developed tools and training programs that engage health care workers—from frontline staff to top leadership—to realize significant, measurable advances in care delivery. The center has been folded into the Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality.
