The Johns Hopkins Difference

Our Lean Sigma instructors are providers and professionals from other backgrounds who are constantly applying these tools to the delivery of care at our own hospital. The training we provide is grounded in our experiences working closely with health care professionals at our hospital and others. We understand the types of obstacles that you face in making lasting change, and we have experience in overcoming them.

Since beginning the Lean Sigma program in 2004, we have trained more than 150 Green Belts.

Our ultimate goal is for you to use Lean Sigma in an area to demonstrate quantifiable improvements, or to embed Lean Sigma methodology across your own organization, without a need for ongoing consulting.
