The Center for Innovation offers several resources to help your hospital to implement a CUSP program. These include:
- Workshop—A two-day training session that details the philosophy of the program, practical tips for fostering successful CUSP teams, and tutorial in how to use CUSP tools to tackle safety hazards. This class is taught by patient safety experts who have set up CUSP teams in hundreds of units at Hopkins and elsewhere. Next CUSP Workshop: September 26-27, 2011.
- Consulting—We can help your organization to develop and implement a strategy for rolling out CUSP to multiple units. Contact us for details.
- Electronic resources—View the recorded live webinar, "Introduction to CUSP," hosted by Lori Paine, Patient Safety Director for The Johns Hopkins Hospital. More electronic resources will soon be available.
