Welcome to the JHU Animal Exposure Surveillance Program (AESP) Website

The AESP exists to ensure that JHU staff with occupational exposure to animals and/or animal-derived materials are monitored with regard to health and safety issues. The goal of the program is to help you stay healthy!

The AESP manages health and safety issues such as allergies, recommended vaccinations, and recommended personal protective equipment/precautions.  The AESP also provides JHU employees an opportunity to discuss any concerns they may have about job-related health and/or safety issues.

Renew your AESP registration by clicking on the AESP Online Renewal Form link below.

If you have never registered with AESP before, you may do so now by clicking on the AESP Registration Form link below.  Please note that the AESP Registration Form is not electronic so you will need to print out the pdf and fax or mail to Occupational Health at the address indicated on the form.

AESP renewals should be completed in the month you receive notice and as close to the beginning of the year as possible.

Note: If you are not an employee or student affiliated with Hopkins in the AESP program, please submit the demographics form in addition to the AESP update form to the Occupational Health Office.
