Phone numbers are answered "live" in the Broadway Medical Management Office from 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

After normal business hours, weekends and holidays an automated phone system directs callers to various services through a series of prompts, which then calls or pages the appropriate person.

     - Press 1 - Call forwards to the roving security guard between the hours of 8pm to 6am seven days a week.

     - Press 2 - To report a maintenance issue

     - Press 3 - To receive inclement weather and building conditions status

     - Press 4 - For homeland security message (when needed)

Procedure for Chemical Splash 

If you are splashed with chemicals the procedure to follow is:

  1. Remove contaminated clothing.
  2. Flush the area with running water for a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes.
  3. Have someone contact HSE and the appropriate medical clinic

  1. Follow the directions of the medical staff.

The medical staff will act as a facilitator to expedite getting immediate medical attention.  HSE will provide the information to the appropriate information on the chemical to medical personnel.
