The Birthday Club provides a wonderful way to commemorate your child – now and in the future. An Honorary Nameplate or Birthday Star engraved with your baby’s (or older child’s) full name is displayed prominently on a special Birthday Club wall in the hospital for all to see. Honorary Nameplates are displayed for a full year and Birthday Stars are permanent wall fixtures.
The recognition of your child extends beyond the Birthday Club wall with an exciting “birthday party” for members and donors, hosted by the hospital’s president and CEO, each spring. Guests enjoy viewing their nameplates and stars during this fun-filled event, complete with cake, ice cream and family entertainment.
Birthday Club proceeds benefit the hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, ensuring that babies who require intensive care will have all the advantages of our state-of-the-art services for generations to come.
