Howard Families Howard County members have access to the following benefits:

Support Services

Support Line:  Our “Warm Line” offers support, resources, a caring listener, help with solutions, calming reassurance, and individualized referrals.

New Mom’s Support Group: Meet other new moms, ask questions, share experiences and partake in educational presentations.

Education Services

Members can access educational articles via the Healthy Families Howard County Newsletter, and receive discounts on specific Howard County General Hospital Wellness Center classes including childbirth, breastfeeding child safety, infant care and CPR after they’ve enrolled in the program.  Members can also sign up on the Healthy Families facebook page.

In-home Visitation

In-home visitation to eligible families includes family-centered individualized support, age-appropriate stimulation and play activities for baby, support to ensure prenatal/well baby care and program sponsored social events.
