Diagnostic Imaging

Howard County General Hospital’s Diagnostic Imaging Services Department offers a wide range of high-quality imaging services for inpatients and outpatients of all ages. Our diagnostic imaging staff members are all highly qualified diagnostic imaging technologists and board-certified radiologists.

If you are pregnant or suspect that you may be, you should tell your physician or technologist before having any type of diagnostic procedure.

Your examination will be read by a board-certified, licensed physician with specialty training and certification in radiology. The results of your test will be communicated directly to your doctor. Your doctor will inform you of the results.
