Howard County General Hospital has numerous community oncologists who are specially trained in the latest cancer treatments. The hospital’s outpatient services include technologically advanced radiation therapy and an outpatient infusion center for chemotherapy. Howard County General Hospital offers the convenience of receiving high-quality care without having to leave your community.

The hospital’s cancer program is accredited by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons. HCGH also is a member of the CALGB (Cancer and Leukemia Group B), which allows oncology patients the opportunity to participate in national clinical-research protocols.
