Larson Named HCGH Case Management Director

Columbia, MD – Howard County General Hospital: A Member of Johns Hopkins Medicine (HCGH) proudly announces the appointment of Nancy W. Larson, RN, MSN, to Director of Case Management. With nearly 30 years of nursing and case management experience, Larson most recently served as Manager of Case Management at Johns Hopkins Bayview in Baltimore, a sister hospital to Howard County General.

Larson received her bachelor of science in nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her master of science in nursing from the University of Virginia. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and is on the adjunct faculty at Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, Md.

Howard County General Hospital: A Member of Johns Hopkins Medicine since 1998 is a 238-bed, not-for-profit health care provider located in Columbia, Maryland. A comprehensive, acute-care medical center, Howard County General offers a full range of services, from neonatal care and oncology to outpatient treatment and critical care.

The hospital has a professional staff of over 800 physicians and allied health professionals, representing nearly 80 specialties and subspecialties; a workforce of more than 1,700 individuals and volunteer auxilians numbering over 600.
