Biography
Dr. Lima is a board-certified ophthalmologist providing comprehensive medical and surgical eye care for the entire family. She is a fellowship-trained plastic and reconstructive eye surgeon and has a special interest in eyelid malposition and eyelid cancer. Dr. Lima has participated and directed ophthalmic missions abroad. She has written several peer-reviewed publications in the fields of ophthalmology and oculoplastics.
Dr. Lima served as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Johns Hopkins University, Wilmer Eye Institute at Columbia from 2008-2012. She currently serves as an Ophthalmology Consultant to the Medical Eye Center in Columbia.
