Outlook Web Access

Access your HCGH e-mail by logging in with your JHED at my.johnshopkins.edu.  Outlook is under "Messaging" in the left-hand menu.

JHConnect (remote access to your work PC)

To download the JHConnect software, login to my.johnshopkins.edu using your JHED, and then click on "JHConnect" in the left-hand menu to access the instructions.

NOTE: In order to utilize JHConnect for the first time, you must first contact the HCGH IT Help Desk at 410-740-7813 or HCGH-ITHelpDesk@jhmi.edu.
