Compliments, Concerns, Complaints and Questions

It is our hope that you and your family members always have a positive experience at Howard County General Hospital. When you do, please take a moment to tell us about it! We would love the opportunity to recognize our outstanding staff and doctors by name.

If you have concerns, complaints or questions, our Patient Relations Department is here to bridge the gap. The Patient Relations Department represents hospital administration and serves as a liaison between patients, family members and the individuals providing care to you or your loved ones. Our goals are to listen and be your voice, as well as advocate and work on identifying solutions to questions, concerns and problems that may arise.

We encourage you to share your concerns with a team member in the area where you are receiving care so your concerns can be resolved quickly. If you have a question or problem that you cannot resolve by talking to your doctor, nurse, manager or director, a Patient Relations Specialist is available to help you, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please call 410-720-8200. All calls will be returned within the next business day.
