Before submitting the materials below, please fill out an ONLINE APPLICATION in the Careers section of this website.  The Pharmacy Resident position listing can be found under the "Allied Health & Patient Care" category.

Required application materials include:

  • Curriculum Vitae outlining:
    • Education
    • Work experience
    • Experiential education (rotations)
    • Community service activities
    • Professional organization involvement
    • Leadership experiences
    • Awards and honors received
    • Presentations
    • Publications
    • Research experience
  • Three letters of recommendation
    • All letters of recommendation must include the applicant’s name, the writer’s relationship to the applicant, and e-mail address and contact phone number. Letters should be mailed directly to the address listed below.
  • Letter of Intent
  • Official Transcript
    • An official transcript must be mailed from the school of pharmacy directly to the address listed below.
