Employee Referral Bonuses will only be paid if a correctly completed 'JHHCG Bonus Compensation Form' has been completed, submitted to Human Resources with the appropriate approvals, and all bonus criteria have been met. Updated forms are located in the Department of Human Resources.
The Employee Referral bonus will only be paid if both the new employee and the referring employee are employed at JHHCG at the time of payout. If two employees refer a newly hired employee, the bonus will be split. The department director or manager will need to sign off on the employee referral bonus form. Their signature will indicate that the new employee has satisfactorily met the performance and time criteria.
The 'JHHCG Bonus Compensation Form' must be completed and submitted to Human Resources (HR) for processing. Once HR reviews the form and obtains approval, if needed, the appropriate payroll request will be submitted to generate the payment.

Payout of bonus dollars will occur in three installments:
First Installment - after successful completion of the new hire's 90-day probationary period
Second Installment - after successful completion of 6 months of employment
Third Installment - after successful completion of 12 months of employment
All employee referrals are appreciated and help to make JHHCG a great place to work! To be eligible, you must refer someone for a position in one of the above categories. Other job categories are not included. At JHHCG, approximately one third of all new hires are referred by a current employee.
