Multiple myeloma, MGUS, AL amyloidosis, other plasma cell dyscrasias
Research Interests
Dr. Huff's major research interests focus on the development of novel therapeutic approaches for the treatment of multiple myeloma and other plasma cell dyscrasias. Her current efforts are focused on the clinical translation of novel approaches targeting myeloma stem cells both biologically and immunologically and on efforts to improve the efficacy and reduce the toxicity of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation for multiple myeloma and related disorders.
