The Fellows Course has been developed by faculty members from the Johns Hopkins University, The University of Maryland, the University of Pennsylvania, Brown University, Washington University in St. Louis, and Wake Forest University to train fellows, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals in Introductory Hospital Epidemiology and Infection Control. The 2008 12th Annual Fellows Course will be held at Johns Hopkins Hospital, in the Pre-Clinical Teaching Building's Basic Science Auditorium. Attendees with spend three days with world-renown faculty from various specialities for advanced infection control training. Participants should be available from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm each day of the course. The Maryland Infection Control Network (MICN) Course is a one-day course for Infection Control Practitioners developed by the Johns Hopkins Hospital and The University of Maryland, Baltimore. The 2008 11th Annual MICN Course will be held at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Hurd Hall. Lectures are given on various topics centering on the needs of a hospital and infectious control practitioners.
