Roselle Abraham Lab
The Abraham Lab is focused on investigation of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Areas of focus include
1.Role of mitochondria, metabolic/redox alterations in generation of the molecular phenotype in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
2.Design of individualized therapies for hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy using mutation-specific induced pluripotent stem cells
3.Prediction/prevention of arrhythmias in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
