Here's how it works:

1. Go to the Refer-A-Friend form and send this page to your friend. (Please note this form does not save e-mails and is used solely for the purposes of allowing you to tell friends about Healthy Living.)
2. For each friend that joins, you'll get to select a complimentary copy of a Johns Hopkins White Paper on a health topic of your choice ($ 20 value). View the list of the topics available to you.
