- Content:
The GSA Newsletter editors will respect your opinions. However, we
reserve the right not to publish any submission that the editorial
board deems offensive, threatening, or the like (the usual disclaimer).
- Article Length:
Since our newsletter is currently around twelve pages long, we ask that submissions be
somewhere between 500 and 1000 words. If we get lots of
submissions, we will try and publish as much as we can! Artwork: Color or B&Wphotographs or line drawings are acceptable. We prefer
submissions in disk or by e-mail, but printed images can be scanned as
necessary. Please send images in JPEG format. Color photos or drawings
will be posted on the newsletter website if they are not included in the
print edition.
- Format: All written documents should be submitted in either .doc or .rtf format, with author's name, lab/Hopkins address, e-mail address included.
- Submissions:
We prefer that you submit your articles by email.
