NIH Director's Newsletter

Dr. Raynard Kington, Acting Director of the NIH, has issued a special "Desk-to-Desk" newsletter concerning the: American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and the enhanced opportunity to provide summer research experiences for students and science educators as supplements to existing, funded research grants.
