GIM's Dr. Heather Sateia featured in the New York Times

GIM’s own Dr. Heather Sateia was featured in the New York Times ‘Diagnosis’ section on Friday, June 13, 2014. The article, titled Arachnid Phobia, details one patient’s journey to find a correct diagnosis for her puzzling symptoms. What at first appeared to be a spider bite turned out to be a rare condition that stumped several doctors, until Dr. Sateia got the case.

Dr. Sateia received her BA from Princeton University and her MD from Darmouth Medical School. She joined the GIM faculty in September 2014 as a member of the Tumulty Group based at Greenspring Station.

The article can be read here.
