GIM's Associate Professor Claire Snyder, PhD, MHS, and jointly appointed Professor Albert Wu, MD, MPH, find themselves starring in a You Tube video entitled "Web-based System Helps Doctors, Patients Communicate" published by Els Global Medical News. In the video, which debuted on May 23rd, Drs. Snyder and Wu explain the Web-based survey system called Patient Viewpoint that they were instrumental in developing here at Johns Hopkins. The survey helps physicians get a better understanding of the patients' less tangible symptoms, such as emotional health and fatigue.
