Fellowship Alumnus to Take on New Role

Hopkins GIM congratulates Dr. Chris Sciamanna, an alumnus of the General Internal Medicine Fellowship Program (1998), on being named the Director of the Division of General Medicine at the Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Dr. Sciamanna reports that he is looking forward to helping grow the division’s research program to complement its excellent teaching and clinical activities. Dr. Sciamanna is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Policy at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He will take on his new role in April.
