Medical Student Training

The Johns Hopkins Division of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology, in Baltimore, Maryland, offers medical students from Johns Hopkins and other schools an opportunity to experience what a career in geriatric medicine or gerontology entails.

The Division offers a Medical Student Training in Aging Research Program (MSTAR), an Advanced Clinical Clerkship in Geriatric Rehabilitation with the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and a Geriatrics Interest Group as well as clinical and research electives for Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and visiting medical students.
