This two or three-year program is designed for physiicans and non-physiicans to expand their experience in health information informatics applications aimed at prevention and management of chronic health conditions in the geriatric population.

The program includes mentored research, graduate courses in health informatics, and foundations of clinical research.

Applications are accepted two years in advance. The application must be received no later than December 31 of the year before the year you are applying for a fellowship. For example, if you were applying for a fellowship beginning in July 2012, your application must be received no later than December 31, 2011.
