Primary Care Services

At our Beacham Center, a team of specialized care providers—including doctors, specialists, and nurse practitioners—offers primary care services that address the major health concerns of older adults. We work to prevent health issues from becoming an obstacle in the lives of our patients and help them overcome illness and injury.

Our primary care services include health promotion and education, disease prevention, chronic disease management, and the diagnosis and treatment of complex and minor illnesses.

We also offer access to several care programs that primarily serve older adults:

• Continence Program
• Memory and Alzheimer’s Treatment Center
• Metabolic Bone Center
