The program participates in ERAS and the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).
Although we are participating in the dates of the July Fellowship Match we are a Residency Program. House staff appointments extend from July 1 through June 30.
Application Requirements and Deadline
The ERAS post office opens on July 15, 2012. Refer to this page for important deadline information. Applications will be reviewed once all materials have been received. We require the following items to be included in your application materials:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Personal Statement
- Photo
- Transcript(s)
- USMLE Scores
- At least three (3) recent letters of recommendation from faculty members with whom you have worked. We require a letter from your Residency Program Director, and where applicable your PhD advisor/mentor.

Instructions for Applying
Once you have submitted your completed application (this includes your curriculum vitae and statement of purpose) please send your:
- USMLE certificates and CREOG scores
- official medical school transcript
- three current recommendations( one from your current residency program director and PhD advisor, where applicable)
Electronic transmission (education@jhmi.edu as attachments) followed by signed original version of all these materials is strongly encouraged.
