Thank you for visiting!  The purpose of this site is to educate those affected by Hirschsprung disease-whether you, a family member, or someone you know has the disease.  The site provides information on what we know about the genetic basis of Hirschsprung disease, and describes the genetic studies taking place in our laboratory.  Also included are links for additional resources, support groups, and helpful websites.
