The most popular software the CDMAS provides is TELEFORM. This package allows for automated scanning of data and drastically reduces the amount of manual data entry required for many GCRC studies.

    How TELEFORM Works*:

    1. Design:
    Design a new data form.
    2. Distribution:
Forms can be printed and copied for use in studies.
    3. Interpretation:
Completed forms are scanned using scanner and PC or may be faxed to our fax server.
    4. Verification:
Questionable characters are identified for correction.
    5. Storage:
Data is automatically stored in the appropriate data format with little or no intervention.
