Instrumentation and Training
The laboratory is equipped with analytical scanners and cell sorters. Training on scanners consists of Flow Cytometry concepts and Cell Quest software. Training is required prior to use of the instruments and is provided on an individual basis to researchers at an hourly rate usually taking about four hours. Cells are sorted on “state of the art” high speed cell sorters by designated sorter operators.
