Account Billing Form
All new users are required to complete and submit the Account Billing Form (PDF) prior to training or using the facility. Sign up sheets for using the analyzer scanners are posted next to the FACScalibur. Sorting is scheduled generally 1-2 weeks in advance and done over the phone or in person.
